I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly atmosphere made for a relaxing experience, especially around the pool area. However, the check-in process could really use some improvement, as I had to figure out a lot of details on my own. I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The manager, Ella, was incredibly helpful and took great care of us, which made us feel welcomed.
